It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again

An Artist’s Way Afternoon Creativity Workshop

Saturday, March 21, 2026 · 2–5 pm Eastern

Live on Zoom with James Navé

“James Navé and I worked together for over twenty years. His company is a pleasure. His work as a poet, performer, and teacher is an important force for change.”
— Julia Cameron, author of The Artist’s Way

This workshop is based on It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again, Julia Cameron’s later-life companion to The Artist’s Way, written for people in major transitions.

It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again is for people who already have a life, already have depth, and want a trustworthy way to stay with what matters next.

You’ll focus on how to begin the work—and how to stay with it, going solo or with others.

If you’ve worked with The Artist’s Way before, you’ll recognize the tools—Morning Pages, Artist Dates, and walking practices. It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again is not a restart or a sequel. It’s the mature version of the work—the same creative engine, adapted for a different season of life.

People face life challenges at different moments—and in different ways—you know how quickly circumstances can change. This workshop focuses on taking action. It’s about learning to take the lead and do the work with less pressure and a rhythm that fits your current ambitions and lifestyle.

For Artist’s Way alumni: whether you finished The Artist’s Way,,  paused, or have carried it with you over the years, It’s Never Too Late offers a calm, later-life way to re-enter the work—without starting over or doing anything “right.”
